Toni's Pre Bday dinner

So, my boys decided to take me to my favorite Vietnamese restaurant for my pre-birthday dinner. For those of you who want to try some good Vietnamese food in the valley at a really great price, you need to check out Pho Avina.

The dish to the left is (Mi Xao Don Hoac Mem) otherwise known as Fried or soft noodle with combination of chicken, Beef and Shrimp. This dish was what Max ordered. He ate most of it too.

The dish to your right is my all time favorite soup. It is the most popular served in this restaurant. Its called (Pho Tai Tom) other wise known as Pho soup with sliced beef and Shrimp. This big bowl of rice noodles is served with fresh cilantro, a handful of bean sprouts, a handful of Asian Basil, several slices of jalapenos and a slice of lime. I like to put everything in including the lime in my soup bowl. Talk about healthy and delicious all in one... Oh and did I mention this dish only costs $5.99? And I couldn't finish it..
Chris is enjoying the same dish as Max. I didn't have my wonderful digital camera so I had to settle for my cell phone.
Diego is enjoying the same dish as Chris and Max, the only difference was that Diego had beef no shrimp or chicken. After their dinner the boys had boba tea. I forgot to take a pic of that. I didn't get any boba since technically I'm on a diet and I cheated with the rice noodles to begin with. I figured It wasn't as bad as a birthday cake....Sorry Sherri (my sister). Who is on the same program.
Happy Birthday to me........
