Our Tai Dinner
At my work we hired a new teller and she is Tai. Of course I was inspired to try some Tai food because I think I'm Asian now and we went on another food adventure.Sumon, my new co-worker suggested this whole in the wall Tai Restaurant located on 43rd and Olive for a good eat. The Garcia's decided to pack up in the environmental car and head towards Glendale on Sat. for dinner.
Siamese Kitchen is the name of the Tai restaurant and it really is a whole in the wall kind of place. Diego is eating RAD-NHA which is beef and pan-fried noodles with broccoli and gravy. He really enjoyed himself as you can tell. You can see Max's dish is shrimp fried rice with no onions or tomatoes. You can't see any shrimp since Max picked out most of them and ate them. Chris had PAD-KEE-MAO Noodles (SPICY). This dish was fun for me to watch Chris eat. This dish was so spicy. This is also coming from a Mexican that like spicy foods. But Whoa! FYI when Tai food says spicy, it's spicy! I thought it would be nice not to torture Chris with a photo since the poor guy was constantly wiping the sweat off his brow. My dish was a traditional PAD-TAI with tofu. It was delicious but It didn't "wow" me. The lady there was so -so nice and was great to my boys so customer service was Awesome! I think she thought I was Asian since she only brought me chopsticks. Chris thinks I'm wrong and I'm full of it. I think I look Asian don't you? Check out my poll at the end of the page. Tell me what you think?
