Toni's Birthday

I can't skip my birthday topic, as much as I want to. The boys made me an awesome breakfast and this photo does not do it justice! But I had to acknowledge my men. This was a wholewheat ricotta pancake with the essence of lemon.... Of course you can't see the pancake because it's smothered with a homemade blueberry syrup. And a dippy egg on the side with mint. For those of you who don't know that means over medium. I learned that the hard way in Denny's in 1988. My boys spoiled me. Between my favorite restaurant, homemade breakfast and gifts! Yes I said gifts.... I got a workout mat, a workout ball and the movie 17 again. I was so excited because my knees have been killing me trying to do those dumb butt exercises on the floor. And I was dieing to see 17 again. And this movie is really good. I give it 4 out of 5. must see and so funny.
Not like Hangover funny but funny.
